Confio Acquired By SolarWinds

Boulder-based database performance management software developer Confio Software has been acquired by IT management software developer SolarWinds, in a deal worth $103M in cash, the two announced Monday. Confio was led by Matt Larson, and develops database management tools specifically focused on the Oracle environment. SolarWinds said that Confio's products will "slide right into" the company's sales and marketing engine.
