Complete XRM Signs Staffing Firm

Salt Lake City-based Complete XRM, a developer of customer relationship management software, said today that staffing firm SOS Staffing Services is implementing its software. Size of the win was not disclosed. Complete XRM said SOS Staffing is using PlanPlus Online by Franklin Covey Software as its company-wide CRM and sales management tool. Complete XRM recently purchased the rights to the PlanPlus Online title from Franklin Covey. The firm was the original developer of the software for Franklin Covey. Complete XRM is headed by Keith Norris.
