Cherwell Software Buys Express Metrix

Colorado Springs-based Cherwell Software said today that it has acquired Express Metrix, a developer of IT and software asset management products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Express Metrix is based in Seattle, where it will remain. Cherwell Sofwtare is led by Vance Brown.
