Carefx In Defense Win

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Cafefx, a developer of healthcare software used for managing patient care, said today that it has been chosen as part of a $20M contract for the Department of Defense. The firm said its clinical workflow technology will be supplied to the DoD's Military Health System (MHS), as part of a contract with Vangent. Carefx said its system will be used by military clinicians to provide health care in the U.S. and around the world. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
