C7 Signs Answers.com

Salt Lake City-based C7 Data Centers has signed a colocation deal with Q&A site Answers.com, the firm said Tuesday. Size of the deal was not disclosed. C7 said the multi-year colocation deal includes production hosting of the Answers.com, WikiAnswers, and ReferenceAnswers sites, for the Midwest, Western U.S., and Asia-Pacific. Answers said the selection of C7 included the firm's location in a disaster-free zone, enterprise facilities, geographic load balancing, and other services.
