BidSync Names Operations Director

American Fork, Utah-based BidSync, which develops software-as-a-service for purchasing and electronic procurement, said today that it has named Chad B. Blanchard as its Director of Operations. Blanchard joins the firm from Waterford Institute, where he was VP, Client Services and Operations. Blanchard also has served at eBay, where he managed the online auction site's Live Chat customer support center. Blanchard also has previously worked at Teltrust and Integra Telecom.
