BeyondTrust Updates Password Management Software

Phoenix-based BeyondTrust, which develops vulnerability management and other security tools, said this morning that it has released an update of its password management software, PowerBroker Password Safe. The company said it has "completely revamped" the software. The software is used by IT and security teams to check on misplaced or compromised credentials. Those features include identifying stale passwords and other features for assessing password practices.
