Bacterin Raises $25M

Belgrade, Montana-based Bacterin, a developer of bone graft materials and antimicrobial coatings, said Tuesday that it has raised $25M in a funding from OrbiMed Advisors. The company said the funding will towards executing its growth strategy. Baceterin said the funding is non-dilutive, and does not include equity securities or warrants. The funding is broken up into $20M initially, with an additional $5M based on revenue objectives prior to December 31, 2013.
