Avnet Promotes Executives

Phoenix, Arizona-based Avnet has appointed four new corporate officers to the firm, the company said this week. Avent said that it has appointed Steve Phillips, chief information officer; Stephen Wong, president, Avnet Electronics Marketing Asia; and Neil Taylor, deputy general counsel, as Corporate Vice Presidents for the firm, and elected Jun Li, its associate general counsel as assistant secretary.
