Avnet Buys Magirus Group

Phoenix-based electronics distributor Avnet said this morning that it is in a deal to acquire the Magirus Group, a European distributor of data center solutions and services. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Avnet said the deal will expand its footprint in the EMEA region.
