Ascent Solar Adds To Board

Thornton, Colorado-based Ascent Solar reported Thursday afternoon that it has added Victor Lee to its board. Lee is a representative of TFG Radiant Investment Group Ltd., which is investing up to $430M in Ascent's operations. Lee is currently at advisory firm Tertius Financial Group Pte Ltd, and also has served at Citibank, Deutsche Bank AG, and Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.
