Arrow Electronics Completes ATM Electronic Acquisition

Centennial, Colorado-based Arrow has completed its acquisition of Taiwanese electronics component distribkutor ATM Electronic Corp., the company said Friday. Financial details of the deal--which had originally been announced in February--have not been announced. ATM Electronic had its headquarters in Taipei, with substantial operations in China. Arrow had detailed earlier that ATM Electronic had around 280 employees and sales of approximately $500M in the latest fiscal year.
