Arrow Electronics Completes ALTIMATE Group Buy

Englewood, Colorado-based Arrow Electronics, the electronics components distributor, said today that it has completed its acquisition of the ALTIMATE Group, a French distributor of enterprise and midrange computing products, services, and solutions. Arrow has not disclosed the value of the deal, but did say that ALTIMATE had revenues of approximately $340M for the year ended March 31, 2012. ALTIMATE has approximately 250 employees, and is based in Velizy-Villacoublay, France.
