Arrow Electronics Buys immixGroup

Centennial, Colorado-based electronics distributor Arrow Electronics said this morning that it has acquired another, value added distributor, immixGroup, which focuses on government sales. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Arrow Electronics said the acquisition is expected to add $.10 to $.14 in earning per share in the first year. immixGroup is based in McLean, Virginia, and helps companies sell into the public sector.
