Array BioPharma Raises $18M From Realty Sale

Boulder, Colorado-based Array BioPharma, a biopharmaceutical company that is developing drugs for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases, said Tuesday that it has raised $18M from the sale of its Boulder facility. Array sold the facility to BioMed Realty Trust, and will lease back the facility through 2016. The firm is also looking to raise an additional $14M for a similar transaction at its Longmont operations.
