Amkor Claims Patent Win

Chandler, Arizona-based Amkor Technologies, a provider of semiconductor assembly and test services, reported today that a Administrative Law Judge in its patent infringement case against Carsem, in the International Trade Commission, has reaffirmed a ruling against Carsem. Amkor said it will be taking steps under ITC procedures, to ask the ITC to uphold or adopt that decision, and to issue an exclusion order to prohibit Carsem from importing infringing products into the United States.
