Altiris Rolls Out Microsoft SMS Plugin

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Altiris has rolled out a new, free plug-in for managing its software virtualization products. Altiris said that its new plug-in for Microsoft Systems Management Server allows users to manage its Altiris Software Virtualization Solution. the new tool is available at no charge. Altiris rolled out its new software virtualization tools earlier this month, which manages registry changes and installations to prevent application conflicts.
