Allegiance Signs Customers

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance, a provider of services for allowing employees, customers, and partners of a company to report unethical or illegal behavior, said that it has been receiving strong demand for its solution. The company said that it has signed Castle & Cooke, FranklinCovey, and Morinda as customers of its product. The company provides Web and phone-based systems that provide compliance for companies with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Part of that act includes whistleblower provisions, requiring publicly traded companies to provide a procedure for the tracking of complaints related to accounting and auditing.
