Aegis Expands Board

Lafayette Colorado-based Aegis Analytical said today that it has appointed a new member of its board of directors, and expanded its advisory board. The firm has added Stuart Davie to its board of directors, and Lyndal Hesterberg Ph.D. and Robert Driver to its advisory board. Davie was most recently CIO of Sandoz, a division of Novartis. Hesterberg is president of Barofold, Inc., and Driver is director of business development for Efficas. Aegis Analytical is developing software and services targeted at the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The company recently raised a round of funding from Skyland Capital, Future Capital AG, Lafayette Equity Fund, Menlo Ventures, and 3i Ventures.
