Aegis Analytical Signs Bristol-Myers Squibb

Denver, Colorado-based Aegis Analytical Corp., a developer of manufacturing process management software for the life sciences industry, reported Thursday that its Discoverant application has been selected by pharmaceutical powerhouse Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. Additional details regarding the transaction were not disclosed. Aegis is a developer of software used for managing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Aegis is venture backed by 3i Ventures, Future Capital AG, Lafayette Equity Fund, Merck Capital Ventures, and Skyland Capital.
