Acteea Acquired By PivotLink

Salt Lake City-basd Acteea, a developer of software-as-a-service used for e-commerce analytics, has been acquired by PivotLink, a developer of retail performance management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Acteea was venture backed by Pelion Venture Partners. As part of the acquisition, PivotLink said it has raised $13M in new funding, and added Pelion as an investor in the company. The deal is being headed by Pelion's Blake Modersitski. PivotLink is based in Seattle.
