Acoustic Technologies Raises Funding To $5.7M

Mesa, Arizona-based Acoustic Technologies, a developer of hands-free, audio processing algorithms used in consumer electronics, has upped its funding to $5.7M, according to a regulatory filing from the firm this week. No details on the funding have been announced by the company. According to the filing, the funding target in the round is $6.2M. The firm's board includes representatives from private equity firm TWJ Capital LLC and Sorrento Investment Group. More information »
