AccessData Scores Major Funding From Sorenson

Lindon, Utah-based electronic discovery and digital forensics developer AccessData said today that it has gained a "significant" investment from Sorenson Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Bank. Size and terms of the funding were not disclosed. The company said the funding will allow it to reduce its outside ownership, and makes Sorenson a "strategic, long-term" partner for the company.
