360 Vantage Acquired By IMS Health

Chandler, Arizona-based 360 Vantage, a developer of cloud-based, customer relationship mangaement software, has been acquired by Connecticut-based IMS Health. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. IMS Health is a provider of healthcare information technology. According to IMS Health, it will use the buy to help extend its commercial Software-as-a-Service capabilities for life sciences and healthcare organizations.
