Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Bandwidth said this morning that it has finalized its acquisition of Onvoy, a Minneapolis, Minn.-based telecommunications provider. The deal had been announced in August. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been announced. The acquisition of Onvoy is one of four recent acquisitions by Zayo, which has also recently received funding from venture firms Columbia Capital, M/C Venture Partners, Oak Investment Partners, Battery Ventures and Centennial Ventures. Zayo is developing a network of regional fiber networks for providing private line, Ethernet, Internet, colocation, and other services.
