Englewood, Colorado-based WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, the residential and commercial Internet, cable, and television provider backed by private equity firm Avista Capital Partners, said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Knology. Knology is a provider of interactive communications and entertainment services in the southeastern and midwestern United States. The deal is worth approximately $1.5 billion. The deal had originally been announced in April.
