Walmart To Go Swizzles Strategy In Denver
Walmart To Go, the home delivery service being run by Walmart, is changing its strategy efforts in Denver, with a new plan to offer store pickup for grocery orders from the retailer. Walmart will start letting customers pick up their pre-packaged orders at the door at Walmart locations, after discovering that customers liked the convenience--but preferred grocery pickup to delivery--in Denver. Walmart started testing home delivery in Denver in October, starting with the Walmart stores in Centennial and Broomfield. Denver is the third market for Walmart's delivery service, which previously was only available in certain Silicon Valley cities.
