The Utah Information Technology Association (UITA) and Utah Life Sciences Association (ULSA) said late last week that the two organizations have agreed to merge. The two groups, which serve technology and life sciences companies in Utah, said that the new group will be renamed the Utah Technology Council (UTC). The merger is expected to occur in March. The two groups will focus on creating new high-paying tech jobs in Utah.
