A report today, citing un-named sources, says that Twitter is now planning to abandon a data center it had earlier said it would be opening in Bluffdale, Utah. The report, from industry publication GigaOm, comes on top of earlier reports from the Salt Lake Tribune -- denied by the companies involved -- that Twitter and data center provider C7 were running into power supply issues at the location and were moving servers to Sacramento, California instead.
