Denver-based TruEffect, which provides digital advertising services and ad measurement products, said today that it has tapped a former Google and DoubleClick employee as Director of Ad Operations. Goh was previously Senior Director of Revenue Optimization at Examiner.com, and also served at Google and DoubleCLick. Goh reports to Kristine Elliott, TruEffect's VP of Client Solutions.
