Denver-based TriZetto Group, the provider of healthcare information technology and software, said Tuesday that it has been selected by L.A. Care Health Plan, which it says is the nation's largest public health plan. TriZetto said the plan is using its software and services to improve administrative efficiency, and enhance member and provider services. L.A. Care serves Los Angeles County's vulnerable and low income communities. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. TriZetto said the win came from a "length" due diligence and competitive bid process.
