Scottsdale, Arizona-based Trax Technologies, which develops software-as-a-service for managing freight and logistics, said this week that it has raised $10M in a private equity investment. The funding came from River Cities Capital Funds and Capital Southwest Corporation. Trax said the funding was a Series B. The company is led by J. Scott Nelson. According to Trax, the funding will go to further enhance its technologies and services.
