Englewood, Colorado-based Teletech Holdings, which provides management and IT consulting reported that it has acquired Technology Solutions Group (TSG), which it says provides "customer-focused communication solutions." Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. TSG ofers up consulting and systems integration of telephony and communications products.
