Englewood, Colorado-based TeleTech Holdings, the provider of IT consulting services, said Monday afternoon that it has acquired Guidon Performance Solutions, along with its wholly owned subsidiary, Synovation Health Collaborative. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Guidon provides management consulting services, to clients in the financial services, healthcare, government, retail, technology and other areas.
