Boulder-based TechStars, the startup mentoring and acceleration program run by David Cohen, has scored its first exit in its Boston 2009 class, the firm said this week. TechStars said that Sensobi was acquired by GroupMe. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Sensobi is the eighth TechStars companies to be acquired.
