Customer relations firm Syntellect Inc. has expanded its operations into India, the company announced Tuesday. Syntellect's newest office will be a call center located in Chennai. Saravana Kumar, who has more than a decade of management experience, will supervise the operation. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Syntellect has additional offices throughout North America and the United Kingdom. The company specializes in providing enterprise-class contact center services for the high-tech, financial, help desk, public utilities, government and retail sectors.
