Syntellect Buys Contact Center Firm
Phoenix, Arizona-based Syntellect, a provider of technology for the contact center market, said today that it and Enghouse Systems Limited have acquired the assets of Envoy Group AB. The firms said they paid $14M for Envox, which develops interactive voice response (IVR) products for contact centers. The firms said that Envox has annual revenues of approximately $16M. Syntellect is a subsidary of Enghouse Systems Limited, based in Ontario, Canada.
