Tempe Arizona-based Syntax-Brillian is showing two new LCD HDTVs at CES. The firm is showing a new 42-inch and 47-inch LCD HDTV, focused at the high end home theater market. The company said that its Olevia brand TVs provide 1920x1080 LCD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio, and ATSC/NTSC combination built-in tuners, HDMI, component, S-Video, composite and VGA inputs. The TVs also include a USB port for downloading firmware updates from Syntax. Syntax Brillian is a provider of LCD televisions, rear projection systems, and other products focused on high end audio/video.
