Boulder-based Symplified, the developer of cloud security software, announced this morning that Jay Wallingford has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. Wallingford has previously served at HartIntercivic, storage developer Crosswalk, Leopard, Sneakers.com, Level 3 Communications, Mobile Force, Boulder Heuristics, and Intergraph Mechanical. The firm said that Wallingford will oversee product engineering, quality assurance, and technical operations at the company.
