Draper, Utah-based NextPage, a developer of software for tracking changes and versions of Microsoft documents, has raised $714,594 in what looks to be an ongoing $3.0M equity fundraising for the company. The funding came to light through a regulatory filing. No details of the funding have yet been announced by the firm. NextPage has previously raised funding from Oak Investment Partners and Dominion Ventures.
