Medicity Merges with Novo Innovations Medicity Inc. announced Wednesday that it has merged with Novo Innovations Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. However, Medicity said the combined company will operate under the Medicity name and its official corporate headquarters will be in Salt Lake City, Utah. Medicity added that Novo’s Alpharetta, Ga.-based facility will serve as a hub for East Coast operations. Established in 2003, Novo Innovations provides information technology infrastructure for hospitals and health care systems. Founded in 1998, Medicity provides hospitals, health systems and health information exchanges with clinical information systems. posted on Wednesday, January 14, 2009
