Overstock.com Hires Steve Chesnut as SVP of Finance Online retailer Overstock.com reported Monday that it has hired Steve Chesnut as senior vice president of finance. In this role, the Salt Lake City, Utah-based company said, Chesnut will supervise the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, SEC compliance and reporting, investor relations and treasury functions. Overstock.com added that Chesnut will report directly to Jonathan Johnson, the company's president. Overstock.com said Chesnut succeeds David Chidester, who will become the company's senior vice president of internal reporting and information.
