    Music Site Targets "Positive" Music

A new, Salt Lake City-based company, PositiveMusicandDownloads.com, said today that it has launched a music download site focused on providing music with "positive, values-based music" for consumers looking to avoid music with derogatory or suggestive lyrics. The new Utah startup said that it will allow users to download songs in MP3 format for 99 cents, and albums for $9.99. According to the firm, it is focused on creating an online destination for consumers don't like negotiating a landmine of questionable material on the typical download sites. The site currently lists a limited number of Christian music and other artists.
