    MyCanvas.com in Partnership with SmugMug.com

    The Generations Network Inc., operators of Ancestry.com and other genealogy-focused Web sites, said Wednesday that its virtual storytelling service, MyCanvas.com, has teamed with a photo-sharing site, SmugMug.com. TGN said the combined offering provides users with templates and editing tools so that they can create custom photo books, posters and calendars. TGN added that MyCanvas originally debuted a year ago as AncestryPress but was rebranded in October. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Mountain View, Calif., SmugMug.com operates an online photo sharing site. The Generations Network is based in Provo, Utah.
