Sparxent Adds Penguin's Pesatori to Board Sparxent Inc. reported Monday that it has appointed Enrico Pesatori to its board of directors. The Salt Lake City, Utah-based IT consulting firm described Pesatori as technology veteran with more than 40 years of relevant experience. Pesatori, Sparxent said, is currently chairman and chief executive of Penguin Computing, a role he accepted in 2003. Before that, Sparxent noted, he was CEO of BlueArc. He has also held senior management roles with Compaq, Tandem Computing, Digital Equipment Corp. and Olivetti. posted on Monday, November 10, 2008
