    ON Semiconductor Completes Catalyst Semiconductor Buy

    Phoenix, Arizona-based ON Semiconductor said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Catalyst Semiconductor. The deal was worth around $115M, and was announced in July. Catalyst Semiconductor produces analog, mixed-signal and non-volatile memory chips. ON Semiconductor said that the buy should allow the firm to accelerate its revenue growth and increase market share.
