    Wavelink to License Vangard Voice Technology

    Midvale, Utah-based Wavelink Corp. reported Wednesday that it has established a strategic partnership with speech software specialist Vangard Voice Systems. Under the agreement, Wavelink noted, the publisher of mobile application development and infrastructure management software will make use of Vangard's AccuSpeechMobile technology to enhance its Speakeasy product family. Specifically, Wavelink said Vangard's technology will deliver text-to-speech and speech-to-text functionality to existing client-resident mobile applications.
