    Move Networks Links With Intel Mobile Processor Effort

    American Fork, Utah-based Move Networks, which develops content deliver technology for delivering HD and other video content, said Wednesday that the firm has optimized its media player for devices based on Intel's Atom processor. According to Move, it's using Intel's Atom processors to provide an optimized media player for mobile internet devices. The firm said the support includes supporting Intel Atom processor devices based on the Moblin Linux operating system, which Intel is calling a "Mobile Internet Device (MID)". Move Networks develops video player technology being used by major TV and other broadcasters to transmit high quality video to consumers over the Internet.
