eFileCabinet, Simplifile in Strategic Alliance Digital data storage specialist eFileCabinet Inc. revealed Tuesday that fellow Utah-based firm Simplifile LC will integrate eFileCabinet's electronic document management application into Simplifile's eRecording system. eFileCabinet said Simplifile's eRecording product securely and electronically transmits documents from title companies, banks and attorneys to county recorders' offices across the country. The electronic routing, eFileCabinet noted, takes only seconds via a Web-based interface. eFileCabinet said the integration of its software with Simplifile will give users a utility that automatically indexes and stores electronic documents for archival and future retrieval.
