Steven Covey Officially Launches Social Networking Site The co-founder and vice chairman of corporate strategy consulting firm FranklinCovey has officially launched a social networking Web site that aims to teach individuals how to set, track and achieve personal goals. Stephen Covey, who authored the best-selling book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," will use the site to deliver the same and other methodologies to people looking to "control their destiny" through discipline and organization. The site, stephencovey.com, debuted in February and operated for more than five months in a "beta" state. In that span, nearly 25,000 users from more than 140 countries registered, FranklinCovey said, adding that registration is free and includes comprehensive access to the four major learning areas.
